Your dad sounds fine in Bangkok, but 5pm can tell another story...

Background Checked Bilingual support Flexible Hours

Hi,

You call your dad in Bangkok in the morning. He jokes, remembers your kids' names, and sounds like himself. You hang up relieved. He sounds fine.

But dementia can change the day after you hang up.

Sundowning is a recognised dementia pattern. Many people with dementia become more confused, restless, or anxious in the late afternoon and evening. Sundowning typically starts around 4 or 5pm. Your dad may say he needs to "go home" even when he is home. He may pace, try the door, or skip dinner. By then, you may be in another time zone or still at work.

Our in-home dementia and Alzheimer's caregivers in Bangkok are trained in memory-care routines and dementia communication, under nurse supervision. They can cover that hard window with a calm, structured routine, including gentle activities, meals and hydration, medication reminders, safety checks, and a watch for wandering.

You receive clear daily notes, so you know what really happened after 4pm. Care is available in 4, 8, 12, or 24-hour blocks. We do not cure dementia or replace your dad's doctor. We help him stay safer in familiar rooms, while you stop guessing from one cheerful morning call.

Reply to this email or WhatsApp us to talk through the hours when your dad needs the most support.

Best regards
